Order cancellation window

Deadline: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After this time, orders immediately go into the processing phase and cancellations are no longer possible.

How to cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@silkerbe.com with your order number and a cancellation request as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your cancellation request was successful.

Cancellations after shipping

If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it. However, you may be entitled to a return even after you receive the item. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for further details.

Refunds for canceled orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

Refund Method: Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Processing Time: It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-refundable items

Some items may not be able to be canceled including:

Custom or Personalized Products: Once an order has been placed for a personalized item, it cannot be canceled.

Changes to your order

If you would like to make changes to your order (e.g. size, color), please contact us within the same cancellation period. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, changes may be limited depending on the status of your order.
